At Better Magnets, we want you to turn profits faster, so we offer several options
for you to get exactly what you are looking for.

FREE CUSTOM-STOCK PROGRAM
What is our Custom-Stock Graphics Program? This program allows us to incorporate the designs that you/we
have created to be placed in our catalog that do no have any proprietary logos or marks and provides you
with custom-stock designs that will help increase impulse sales. This allows you to create your own designs
or modify our stock designs while only having to order 25 per design. Our standard production time is 10-15
business days after purchase order is received or your future desired delivery date. We strive to get orders
out in 8-10 business days. We are creating new designs and updating our catalog weekly.

Custom Private Label Program
4-Step Custom Private Label Process
1) DESIGN - Submit your desired photos, artwork, logos and marks to DesignsBy@BetterMagnets.com. You may also give
us direction and ideas to have our in-house design team design your custom magnets. Choose your size magnet (2.5” x 3.5”
Rounded Corner, 3” Round or miniMags™ - see our Magnets sizes on following page) and our Better Magnets designers on staff
will create designs that sell and turn profits.
2) REVIEW - After the design process is complete, our team will send you a digital proof for review and approval. During this
step there may be multiple rounds of proofing required to ensure you are satisfied with your custom Better Magnets designs.
You may request a physical sample to be mailed to you FREE (Just Cover Shipping - USPS $10) for press check, ensuring
colors are correct and everything appears as desired.
3) APPROVAL - At this stage you can see why we call our premium souvenir fridge magnets Better Magnets! You have
received your physical samples and it is time for your feedback on any last minute changes. Once approved, email us your final
approval with order quantities to Orders@BetterMagnets.com to begin production. Custom private label designs that include
proprietary logos or marks (not included in our Catalog) - Minimum order quantity is 100 per custom design.
4) DELIVERY - After your Purchase Order is received, you will get an order acknowledgement. A formal invoice will be sent
and billing arrangements will be addressed. We accept the following forms of payments: Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover,
ACH or Checks. Net 30 terms are granted upon review and approval of completed credit application only. Our standard
production time is 10-15 business days after proof approval. We strive to get orders out in 8-10 business days. Custom designs,
if not damaged, cannot be returned for credit.
