How is your pricing based? Our pricing is based on the quantity you order. You may mix & match your
magnet selection and achieve different price tiers for your order(s) based on the total quantity for the
order(s). We do offer programs based on estimated yearly volume. For more information, please review
our “Pricing & Custom Design Options” page located in the (P) Pricing section of this catalog and contact
us at 623.445.9978 with any questions.
Do you donate a portion of profits for your support the cause designs? Yes, to the cause listed with the
magnet designs.
Are your local artists compensated? Yes, all of our creative artists earn a royalty percentage of the sale.
Do you offer UPC labels on the back of your magnets? Yes, at the time of order let us know if you need
UPC labels on the back. We offer a standard 1” x 2” label at N/C if requested. We also have Custom Label
options in 1“ x 2” or our large size 2“ x 2.75” Interpretive message only available for 1,000+ Minimum qty
orders (see pricing on our “UPC Label Options” in the (P) Pricing section of this catalog).
Do you offer displays for your magnets? Yes! We currently offer a 2-Sided (holds up to 75+ magnets) &
4-Sided Made In USA counter spinning display (holds up to 150+ magnets). We also offer a 4-sided
spinning floor display (holds up to 1,000+ magnets). For pegboard displays we offer individual
ClearBags® packaging options. For pricing and pictures, refer to our “Spinning Counter Display or
ClearBags® Options” in the (P) Pricing section of this catalog.
Are your magnets Made in the USA? Yes, all magnets are Made in USA and produced in our factory in
Phoenix, Arizona. We are a Nationally Certified Women Owned Business (WBE) (WOSB)
Do you offer drop shipping? Yes, drop shipping is available. See details on our “Shipping, Delivery, &
Payment Options” in the (P) Pricing section of this catalog.
Damaged magnets during shipment or shortages? All damaged product and/or shortages MUST be
reported within 5 days upon receipt of your order. “Damaged product” refers to scratches or bent items
that may have occurred during shipping. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
Please report all damages in writing (Including PO#) with photos of the outer carton and damaged
item(s) and submit to Orders@BetterMagnets.com. Once received, we will evaluate the situation and will
contact you in regards to crediting your order or sending new replacement items.
I ordered a product that I don’t want to sell, what is your return policy? Contact
Orders@BetterMagnets.com with the item number, description and reason for return of the item(s) you
want to return. After written approval from Better Magnets, you can send the item(s) back for a credit
towards your next purchase less (-) 15% restocking fee. Customs designs if not damaged, cannot be
returned for credit.
When will I receive my invoice(s)? Invoice(s) will be forwarded at the time the order(s) is ready to be
shipped.
What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted? Published pricing is cash discounted cost w/ Checks & ACH
payments accepted. *Pricing Subject to Change Without Notice. A 2.5% credit card fee will be applied to
all credit card transactions. We accept the following forms of payments: Visa, MasterCard & American
Express. *Net 30 terms granted upon review & approval of completed credit application only.
