We offer 7 sizes of souvenir soft-touch matte finish fridge magnets:

2) 2.5“ x 3.5” SC (Flags Only)
3) 3” RD
4) 1.75” RD Flatback Better miniMags™
5) 2“ x 3” RC Better miniMags™
6) 2” x 3” SC Better miniiMags™ (Flags Only)
7) 2” x 2” SQ Better miniMags™ (Custom Only)
All sizes must be ordered in minimum qtys. of 25 units per design (no exceptions)
Minimum case order quantities (mix & match designs not shapes):
RC Minis = Standard case pack = 250 = 15 lbs.
SC & RD minis = Standard case pack = TBD
RC = Standard case pack = 500 = 43 lbs. (we do have a 250 RC case pack)
SC = Standard case pack = 500 = 47 lbs. (we do have a 250 SC case pack)
RD = Standard case pack = 500 = 33 lbs. (we do have a 100 RD case pack)
Is every stock magnet you offer in your catalog?
No, currently our catalog has many stock options to choose from with new designs being released weekly (check back often).
What is the difference between Custom and Custom/Stock? What is our Custom-Stock Graphics Program?
This program allows us to incorporate the designs that you/we have created to be placed in our catalog that do not have any
proprietary logos or marks and provides you with custom-stock designs that will help increase impulse sales. This allows you to
create your own designs or modify our stock designs. We are creating new designs and updating weekly.
How much does it cost to design a custom magnet?
Custom designs that have proprietary logos or marks and cannot be included in our Catalog have a 100 Minimum Quantity
required per design. Custom design magnets cannot be returned for credit.
What is our turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days excluding weekends and holidays on orders under 2,500 (*for reorders that
do not require proofing) or when the artwork approval is received. For orders over 2,500 qty call for production schedule. We
strive to get orders out in 8-10 business days. For Guaranteed 5-Day Fast-Track production call or email Orders@BetterMagnets.
com for pricing and schedule. We also offer expedited UPS or Fedex shipping, call for rates.
When does the clock start?
The production clock starts the next business day from the time the purchase order(s) is submitted or when the artwork approval
is received. All of our products are made to order.

Do you offer limited edition designs?
Yes, from time to time we will release limited edition designs from our Gold Standard Collection that will sell out fast based on
limited production. Minimum 25 per design with a minimum Mix & Match order of 250 total Better Magnets designs.
How is your pricing based?
Our pricing is based on the total quantity of the order. You may mix & match your magnet selection and achieve quantity
discounts across our magnet collections with what we call Mix & Match Combined Quantity Discount (Original Standard
Collection, Better miniMags™ Collection & Gold Standard Collection). We do offer programs based on estimated yearly volume
