Do you donate to any causes or foundations?
Yes, we offer magnets in our Support The Cause Section in our Gold Standard Collection. We donate 10% of net sales to each of
the charity foundations listed.
Are your Creative Artists compensated?
Yes, all of our creative artists in our Artist Collection section of our Gold Standard Collection earn a 15% royalty per design sold.
Do you offer UPC Back labels?
Yes, at the time of order let us know if you need UPC labels on the back. We offer a standard 1” x 2” label at N/C if requested
(with our branding). We can also create Custom labels with your company logo(s) & branding in 1“ x 2” or our large size 2“ x
2.75” Interpretive message for $0.10 per label - For more information see our UPC LABEL OPTIONS.
Do you offer displays for your magnets?
Yes! Here are our current display options Available for Purchase:
- 2-Sided spinning counter display (holds up to 75+ magnets) | $60.00 + Shipping
- 4-Sided spinning counter display (holds up to 150+ magnets) | $60.00 + Shipping
- 4-Sided spinning floor display (holds up to 1,000+ magnets) | $160.00 + Shipping

Are your magnets Made in the USA?
Yes, our magnet parts are sourced and Made in USA. We manufacture in our factory in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a Nationally
Certified Women Owned Business (WBE) (WOSB)
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes, drop shipping is available. See details on our “Shipping, Delivery, & Payment Options” in the PRICING section of this catalog.
What is your Cancellation & Return Policy?
Contact Orders@BetterMagnets.com with the item number, description and reason for return of the item(s) you want to return.
After receiving written approval from Better Magnets, you can send the item(s) back for a credit towards your next purchase less
(-) 15% restocking fee - you must return at your expense. Products are made to order, there are no refunds and product CANNOT
be returned for credit.
Work completed up to the cancellation of the order will be charged. Custom imprinted merchandise CANNOT be returned for
credit.
All damaged product and/or shortages MUST be reported within 5 days upon receipt of your order. “Damaged product” refers to
scratches or bent items that may have occurred during shipping. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
Please report all damages in writing (Including PO#) with photos of the outer carton and damaged item(s) and submit to
Orders@BetterMagnets.com. Once received, we will evaluate the situation and will contact you in regards to sending new
replacement items.
When will I receive my invoice(s)? Invoice(s) will be forwarded at the time the order(s) is ready to be shipped.
What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?
Published pricing is cash discounted cost w/ Checks & ACH payments accepted. *Pricing Subject to Change Without Notice. A
2.5% credit card fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We accept the following forms of payments: Visa, MasterCard
& American Express. *Net 30 terms granted upon review & approval of completed credit application only.
